These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Show Rate System, including the website, member portal, templates, and related materials (collectively, the "Product"), provided by TH VENTURES GLOBAL LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
The Show Rate System is a done-for-you digital template system — including email sequences, SMS sequences, a post-booking page template, a KPI tracker, post-booking confirmation page template, post-booking VSL script template, and a bonus setter playbook — designed to help coaches and personal trainers reduce no-shows on booked sales calls. It is a self-implemented system, not a course, service, or done-for-you build. You are responsible for copying, customizing, and installing the templates into your own tools (Calendly, GHL, Acuity, iClosed, or similar platforms).
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share your portal access, or repackage the templates or playbook as your own product or course. All content remains our intellectual property.
The Product is sold as a one-time payment (currently $67 USD, subject to the price ladder disclosed on the sales page). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Pricing may increase for future customers as disclosed on the sales page; your price is locked at the rate you paid at checkout.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a 14-day money-back guarantee as described at checkout.
Access to the member portal is delivered instantly after checkout and does not expire. We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for temporary outages caused by our hosting or third-party providers (including GoHighLevel).

The Product includes templates designed to work with third-party platforms (Calendly, GHL, Acuity, iClosed, Stripe, and similar). We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their features, pricing, or availability, including SMS costs charged by your own booking or CRM provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TH VENTURES GLOBAL LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
All templates, copy, frameworks, videos, and materials included in the Product are owned by TH VENTURES GLOBAL LLC and protected by copyright. Your license under Section 2 does not transfer ownership.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida/United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
