There are two ways to request a refund, and both work the same:
Use the day-14 check-in form you'll receive by email 14 days after purchase. The refund option is built directly into that form.
Email us directly at [email protected] any time within 14 days of purchase. No form required, no reason needed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund, since access to the templates and portal is delivered permanently at the time of purchase.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, access to the member portal will be revoked.
The 14-day guarantee applies to the full purchase price of The Show Rate System (the price tier you paid at checkout). It covers the complete product, including all modules and the bonus Appointment Setter Playbook.
